Policies

Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction.  All our products are guaranteed to be as shown, in new condition, and inspected prior to shipping.  In the rare instance that you are not happy with your purchase, please refer to our return policy. We will make every effort possible to resolve the problem to your satisfaction.

Ordering

We accept payments by credit card, checks or money orders.  We reserve the right to allow sufficient time for a personal check to clear before shipping out an order.  Our checkout allows you to securely input your payment information or you may print out an order and mail it to us, if you prefer.
If ordering online, you must checkout using our secure online shopping cart.  Just add items from our online store to your shopping cart and then go to checkout when you are finished shopping.  During checkout you will select your form of payment and shipping method. 

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.

In stock items are shipped upon receipt of the order.  Out of stock items or made-to-order items are shipped as soon as we receive them from the vendor, upon your approval.  For shipping outside the United States, our checkout includes international shipping options.  Please be aware of your country's Customs laws.  We are not responsible for any duty or tax fees.

Returns

You may return an item for refund or replacement within 30 days of the shipment date.  The item you are returning must be in new condition, show no signs of wear, and have all tags and labels originally attached.  *Please note that certain individual products may be ineligible for return:  clearance or final sale items, consignment items, hair accessories, or other items as noted.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the packing slip. When you return an item, indicate the reason for the return. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. 

Privacy

We respect the privacy of our customers and visitors, and we keep all customer information strictly confidential. We never sell, distribute, or trade e-mail addresses or any other personal information.
